Volunteers

 

In principle, the assistance provided by the volunteer:

 

- Is not to be rewarded financially;

- Does not give rise to any link of subordination of an employer/employee nature.

 

You are therefore not required to draw up a DPAE.


Because of the non-lucrative aspect, a volunteer may not carry out work that directly or indirectly involves the professional activity you declared for your APE/NAF code.

 

Failure to draw up a DPAE as a result of employing a ‘fake volunteer’ constitutes concealment of paid employment and renders you liable to the various types of penalty provided for for this offence.
